We offer preventative Maintenance and Service plans that can be customised to suit your staff, site and application, and you will have our experienced technicians available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our experienced Mechanical & Electrical technicians cater for all routine services, compliance testing, component change-out, complete system rebuilds and control systems upgrades and enhancements to meet changing clients or site needs.

We place continuity of service, safety and compliance at the core of our servicing. Certified Power Generator Systems checklists are completed & provided at the conclusion of each service, any defects adjustments or faults found are detailed in the written reports, and any items requiring follow-up or repair are conveyed to your authorised representative before works are undertaken.

At PGS, we have specialist testing equipment including load banks suitable for tight access areas or large units to allow full load testing and analysis of generating sets and switchgear.

In the event of a breakdown, as a regular customer, you will have the added bonus and security of priority emergency service.

Additionally, we can provide Genset Hire / Rental for short- and long-term commercial use.  This is most often used for sites experiencing anticipated SAPN outages, site renovations, pre-site energisation (i.e. before a site has power), peak load periods when new equipment is being added (as a temporary back-up solution), and as a standby option during sensitive operations on site.
